Product Overview

The GE series represents TGMB's high-performance line of radial spherical plain bearings designed for heavy-duty applications. Featuring Steel-on-Steel sliding surfaces, these bearings are engineered from premium Carbon Chromium Steel. Both the inner and outer rings undergo specialized hardening and phosphating processes, with sliding surfaces treated with MoS2 (Molybdenum Disulfide) to ensure superior wear resistance and low-friction performance under high static and dynamic loads.

Design Characteristics

Outer & Inner Rings

Manufactured from premium GCr15 (SAE52100 / 100Cr6). Rings are hardened, phosphated, and the outer ring is intentionally fractured to allow precise assembly.

Lubrication & Maintenance

Features annular grooves and lubrication holes in both rings (except sizes < 15mm) for easy re-greasing during service.

Advanced Protection

2RS designs feature dual-lip seals to retain grease and block dust, moisture, and contaminants in harsh environments.
