TGMB GE...E / ES / ES-2RS Series Radial Spherical Plain Bearings consist of an inner ring with a sphered convex outside diameter and an outer ring with a correspondingly sphered but concave inside surface. This design is engineered for heavy loads, misalignment between shaft and housing, and oscillatory or periodic tilting/slewing motions at relatively slow sliding speeds. Utilizing the classic "Steel-on-Steel" contact, both rings are made from premium bearing steel (GCr15/52100). Through precision processes including hot forging, CNC machining, heat treatment, grinding, and surface phosphating, the final products exhibit exceptional wear resistance and fatigue strength under harsh conditions.

Superior Self-alignment: Automatically compensates for installation deviations and prevents additional stress caused by shaft deflection.

High Impact Resistance: Compared to composite materials, the steel-on-steel structure is better suited for applications with severe impact and vibration, such as excavators and mining equipment.

Dry-film Lubrication Protection: Sliding surfaces are pre-coated with Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2), providing essential friction reduction even during lubrication intervals. (Pre-coating with MoS2 must be requested in advance).
