Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Development: Deeply penetrate the heavy machinery aftermarkets in Russia, Europe, and beyond. At TGMB, we don't just sell products; we provide supply chain stability solutions.


Technical Communication: Collaborate with our technical department to process RFQs from global OEMs. You will verify specifications, part numbers, and technical requirements to ensure zero-error execution.


End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire process from technical audit to final shipment. We strive for a 100% acceptance rate, which requires your most rigorous professional attitude.


Key Account Management: Maintain long-term cooperation agreements with world-renowned equipment manufacturers and enhance TGMB's global brand presence.


Candidate Requirements

Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the foreign trade of bearings, mechanical components, or heavy machinery parts.


Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. (Proficiency in additional languages, such as Russian, will be highly preferred and compensated with a more competitive package).


Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret basic machining and bearing production drawings, and understand the intricate technical details required by global clients.


Execution & Mindset: Possess the potential of a Sales Engineer. You must understand the product as well as you understand the sale, solving actual technical concerns for our clients.
